Charlottesville

Charlottesville is a small city with a lot going on. The pedestrian Downtown Mall is lined with restaurants, shops and music venues, and the University of Virginia, founded by Thomas Jefferson, shapes the city's calendar and character. Homes range from historic houses close to downtown to condos and newer townhomes, and many neighborhoods are within walking or biking distance of shops, parks and trails. With Monticello, wineries and the Blue Ridge all a short drive away, it is an easy place to enjoy both town and country.
