Bellhouse Real Estate Group ("we", "us") is a real estate team with eXp Realty. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site (contact, home value request, buyer or seller questionnaire, market report signup), we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, property address and your answers to the questionnaire.
Consent records. If you sign up for market updates, we keep a record of what you agreed to, on which page, and when.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (for example, to limit spam form submissions). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and connect you with the right agent on our team
- To prepare a home value estimate or follow up on your questionnaire
- To send the market report or updates you signed up for
- To keep records required for our business and by law
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Our team and brokerage. Bellhouse team members, and eXp Realty as our brokerage when needed for compliance and recordkeeping.
- Service providers that run this website for us: website hosting and database, and email delivery. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Others, with your permission. For example, a lender, inspector or closing attorney you ask us to connect you with.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Home search
Our home search opens our MLS search site, operated through eXp Realty's BoldTrail platform. If you register or save searches there, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by replying or emailing us. We will still send messages related to a request you made.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to help you and to meet our business and legal recordkeeping requirements, then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email bellhouserealestate@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our systems. No website can be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial account or Social Security numbers through our forms.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
