About Milena

Having lived and worked in Charlottesville, VA for over 13 years, I understand what makes our community and the people who call it home so special. That’s what it takes to truly be a local real estate expert. Not just expertise in negotiation and marketing, but a love and understanding of our community and the people who live here.

I started my real estate career at the onset of COVID- beginning of 2020. Between then and now, I have closed over 100 transactions with nearly $34M sales volume and helped the most amazing families buy and sell their homes.

As a licensed REALTOR® in the Commonwealth of Virginia, I serve the Charlottesville area, including, but not limited to, all surrounding counties. The most rewarding experience for me has been helping first-time homebuyers and Veterans purchase homes.

In 2021 I joined the Bellhouse Real Estate Group, an expert real estate team at eXp Realty, where I work alongside two other top agents in the area. Together, we serve our clients with dedication, passion and unwavering loyalty. I like to say that when you hire either one of us, you get us all – 3 for the price of 1!
