Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities.

Our goal

We design and test this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes readable color contrast, full keyboard navigation, visible focus, text alternatives for images, labeled form fields and support for reduced motion.

Known limitations

• Home search opens our MLS search site, which is operated by a third party. We cannot control its accessibility, but we are glad to search for homes for you by phone or email.
• Maps are also available as a plain list of areas on the same page.
