S. Yuri Reese has called the Barboursville area home for nearing 17 years, he is the local in our company. He has been in real estate for nearly a decade, teaming up with Katherine to form Bellhouse Real Estate Group 7 years ago, but his connection to the industry goes back much further. He grew up around real estate, with family ties to property and development across Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey and South Carolina. That early exposure gave him a lasting appreciation and knowledge that he channels into shaping the minds of Future Real Estate Professionals through his Prelicensure teachings with Moseley Real Estate Schools.
Passionate about expanding access to affordable housing and housing literacy, Yuri sits on the board of the CAAR Foundation, where he chairs the Education Committee. His focus is on creating smart, long-term solutions for affordability, education, and opportunity.
An old salt to the core, Yuri can often be found at his family’s fish camp on the Chesapeake Bay with his black Lab, Jack. He’s passionate about preserving maritime history and works with nonprofits to bring coastal heritage to life and helps new and young boaters find their way on the water. He also enjoys restoring old Swedish cars, wine, reading, golf, and tennis.
